Role & Responsibilities
Develop project plans that clearly define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project.
Establish relationships with clients across different international regions like the US, UK, Australia, and the Middle East to enhance efficient and effective project management procedures.
Work closely with teams handling direct client communication and daily operations within the e-commerce department.
Efficiently distribute resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes skillfully managing human resources, budgets, and technology.
Identify possible risks and create plans to minimize interruptions to the project. Regularly evaluate project risks and make any needed adjustments to guarantee project success.
Proficiency in problem-solving to lead projects involving various internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, higher management, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, feedback calls and other relevant records.

Responsible for selling the eCommerce Services including Online Store Management, Catalog Building, Data Entry, Photo Editing, Content Writing, Digital Marketing etc.
Responsible for building sales strategy, driving the marketing approach and setting up the goal, revenue collection, strengthening existing client base and maintaining the client accounts with the help of Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Business Analyst, Tele Callers & Marketing team lead.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs for prospective clients and preparing project proposals.
Establish relationship with Strategic Accounts.
